If I'm watching a Grandmaster game and 1.e4 e5 is played, I lose all interest in the game. . Look at the first 11 moves of this Evans Gambit game I played, it's a completely insane line. I try to avoid draw-ish I haven't studied the lines with an early d4, so maybe someone else could help you with that.
